The identity of J.A.B is not known. Relative or friend?  I can't say for sure.  Ula is likely Ula Adams, Esther's first cousin and the daughter of Julia Richardson and Thomas Jefferson Adams.

The identity of "Guess Who" is still not known.  Guess Who also sent Esther a  postcard dated June 16, 1911 . Perhaps one day, this author's identity will be known.

The writer is Will or as he is also known William F Elliott.  He is the son of CR Elliott and a first cousin to Esther.  Will writes often to Esther and you can read more of his correspondence here, here, and here.

Ula is Ula Adams, daughter of Julia Richardson and Thomas Jefferson Adams.  Miss Lucie is likely Lucie Farson, friend of Esther's.

This is one of the earliest full length letters in Esther's collection.

L. S. Hardy [Luther Hardy] was a friend and suitor of Esther's.  (Luther also wrote the postcard of March 31, 1912.) From the letter above, it appears that Luther was in W. VA.  for work.  Lucie and Nannie Lee [Farson] were sisters and mutual friends of Luther and Esther's. Oskar and George were likely also mutual friends. I am not sure of their surnames.  Reuben [Richardson] was Esther's younger brother.

Boss is Boss Yeaman, son of Eliza Ann Richardson and James Yeaman and first cousin of Esther.  Boss is also the brother of Edna Yeaman and Hattie Yeaman, both earlier writers to Esther.

WFE is William F Elliott, son of C. R. Elliott and first cousin of Esther.  William was a frequent writer of postcards and letters to Esther.  He appears to also have been a suitor as well. You can see other  postcards written by WFE here , here   and here.  William Elliott served in the military and often his postcards are from interesting places he was stationed.
